How do I get the flowers to you after booking?

Once you book, we will walk you through the rest. You will receive an email after booking that will have instructions on how to set up a local drop off appointment or how to ship your special flowers to us.

Can I adjust my order after booking

Yes, we can adjust your order and the products that you choose anytime up until the flowers are dried. If you have questions, you can always reach out to us via email at info@lakedessiestudio.com.

Can you work with already dried flowers?

Yes! We can take memorial flowers fresh as well as already dried. As long as the blooms are completely dried and free of mold, they can go into resin.

Can you add names or dates to the pieces?

Yes, we can customize and accommodate some requests for text on your pieces. If you are interested in that, please let us know when you book.

Does my deposit go towards my final order?

Yes, the deposit you make through the booking form will be taken off your final invoice for the collection.

How much does preservation cost?

Cost all depends on what items you choose. We do not charge for drying flowers. To choose what products are right for your collection and budget, please visit our products and pricing page. Taxes do apply.
